Why is my Premium purchase is not recognized?

If you have purchased TravelSpend Premium but still don’t have access to the Premium functionality please try the following steps to resolve this issue.

iPhone & iPad

Sometimes, the purchase itself is successful, however, it doesn’t get activated automatically. In such cases, do the following:

  • Go to the “Settings Screen” and tap “Restore purchase”.
  • If that doesn’t resolve the issue try rebooting your device.

Android Devices

  1. Sometimes, the purchase itself is successful, however, it doesn’t get activated automatically. In such cases, simply try restarting the app or rebooting your device.
  1. Sometimes, Google Play may have technical problems. In that case, do the following:
  • Check your connectivity
  • Restart your device
  • Update the Google Play Store app
  • Make sure the date and time are correct on your device
  • Check your Google Play country
