Why was I charged after canceling my subscription?
If you cancel a subscription less than 24 hours before renewal, the cancellation may not take effect in time.
- Apple or Google may already have started processing the renewal
- The charge can still go through, even if you canceled on the same day
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period
- It will not renew again after that

Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can always request a refund directly from the app store that processed the payment as described here.
